The first two movements of Julie's string quartet, Icarus, will be performed by artist fellows at the Atlantic Music Festival.


IGIGI New Music Marathon

Selected works by composers from Yale's new music group IGIGI will be performed. Julie will be performing a song for mezzo soprano by composer Alex Weiser.

Boston Composers Collective Concert at the SMFA

Nine selected composers will premiere new works in an art gallery setting at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. My new piece for three singers, And the Days, will be performed.

Chamber Rock presented by ACE Ensemble

My piece Pass the Goddamn Butter will be played by graduate students from the Yale School of Music in a concert of chamber music inspired by rock music.

Beethoven for the Indus Valley

I will performed as an alto in the chorus of Beethoven's 9th Symphony to raise money for the recent floods in Pakistan.

Love and Music presented by IGIGI and Saxifrage Music

A concert of piano and vocal music addressing the different aspects of love. My piece Piano Etude will be performed, and I will also sing a Schubert piece, a blues piece and a new piece by composer Alex Weiser.

Jonathan Edwards College Philharmonic (of Yale) Fall Concert

My new multi-movement orchestral collaboration with Alex Weiser will be premiered. Named Rumination, it is a piece that ponders human associations with the word "music," attempting to break them in a series of falling dissonances.
